A Few Guidelines

Here is a quick outline of a few of the changes I will be instilling in my life:

  • Increase my calories to 2,000 minimum
  • Absolutely no planned cardio (Just a bit of walking to class)
  • A 3-day a week small weight training program
  • Eat throughout the day
  • Reconnect with old friends, and attempt to make some new ones
  • Spend more time studying and less time worrying
